Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • All Pathfinders and staff are expected to attend club, area, and conference events.
  • Parents will be notified when their attendance is specifically needed.
  • No. Parents are only asked to attend certain events (like campouts, fairs, or special programs).
  • When parent attendance is required, it will be clearly noted in the event description and communicated ahead of time.

Events are color‑coded and labeled with emojis:

  • 🟧 Orange = In‑Person Club Meeting

  • Tap or click the “+ Google Calendar” button at the bottom right of the calendar.
  • Sign in with your Google account if prompted, then select “Add Calendar.”
  • All events will automatically appear in your calendar.
  • Yes. Any changes or new events added by club staff will automatically update for everyone who has subscribed.
  • You don’t need to re‑add the calendar — updates happen instantly.
  • You can always view the calendar directly on this webpage.
  • A monthly PDF snapshot will also be shared for parents who prefer a printable version.
