- All Pathfinders and staff are expected to attend club, area, and conference events.

Do parents need to attend every event?
- No. Parents are only asked to attend certain events (like campouts, fairs, or special programs).
- When parent attendance is required, it will be clearly noted in the event description and communicated ahead of time.
How do I know if an event is virtual or in‑person?
Events are color‑coded and labeled with emojis:
- 🟧 Orange = In‑Person Club Meeting
- 🟪 Purple = Virtual Club Meeting
- 🟩 Green = Area Event
- 🟦 Blue = Conference Event
How can I add this calendar to my phone or computer?

Will the calendar stay updated?
