Roasted Cauliflower with Grapes

Ingredients

  • Toss 1 head cauliflower (cut into 1-inch florets) with 1 1/2 cups grapes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 teaspoon each grated lemon zest and kosher salt, and pepper to taste
  • Roast at 450 degrees F, 25 minutes
